After graduating and flopping around for about 18 months, I went on vacation to Texas and never left, so technically I am still on vacation.
After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a BS in Physics, focusing in Astro Physics and Einsteinian Physics, I relocated back to the Houston Area, only to discover that due to the Space Shuttle disaster, all of NASA and their contractors were on a hiring freeze for 2 years. So, back to "flopping around".
While I was "flopping around", I became the Food and Beveage Director at a large private Country Club in Spring (a suburb of Houston) where the greatest thing ever happened. I met the love of my life and my current (and only) wife Anne. We have now been together 22 years including dating and no end in sight.
From there, I went into the Information Technology field and worked for Amdahl, Fujitsu, BMC Software and Sprint ending my IT career as a Senior National Account Sales Executive with Sprint E-Solutions.
6 years ago, when the IT bubble burst, I got out of IT and started my Real Estate Career by purrchasing 1/2 interest in Commercial Realty Company out of Houston. Since then, I have started and am still running CRC Real Estate Services, CRC Property Management (soon to be Stressfree Property Solutions), Texas Homebuyers Network ( an asset company buying single family homes), Mentoring That Works (Real Estate Training Company) and 3 more companies are in the design phase and should be rolling out within the next 6-9 months. I stay very busy but truely enjoy what I am doing (and my wife likes the money - lol).
Anne and I have 2 children who are not much younger than we were upon graduating High School. My oldest is 10th grade. She is a great kid, but knowing what we all did in High School, I keep a very close eye on her. Its hard sometimes to tell her not to do something knowing fair well we did the same things in High School.
